From my first phone call to Blake Janover I was put at ease. No one was judgmental toward me and all efforts were made to make me comfortable. At no time was there any pressure on me to sign up with the company. All of my questions and concerns, and there were many, were addressed with valuable information and patience. Everyone at American Debt Settlement Solutions, and I do mean everyone, was pleasant, concerned and efficient. When I called I spoke with a person, not a machine. My calls were always promptly returned.

Jack Hahn, the chief negotiator, at American Debt was and still is always there for me. He listens to my issues and suggestions with patience. He is extremely confident, and this instilled confidence within me as a client. While American Debt made no promises to me about settlements, Jack negotiated settlements which were less than twenty-five percent of the face value of any accounts. The fees charged were reasonable and fair and, I never got the feeling that fees were Jack’s primary concern. He has had my debt settlement interests at heart at all times. A great Better Business rating which American Debt has does not tell the entire story of dealing with a company. From the receptionists, to the secretaries (Jessica and Stacy) to the initial advisors, to Jack I have been treated wonderfully at all times, even when I was a pest.
